Psychologists identify 24 signature strengths grouped into 6 key areas:

Naturally the signature strengths exist in different mixes,measures and capabilities as part of anyone’s total psyche but

are reduced and defined to help understand each area in more depth to help with reflection.

 

It can be a useful review of self to consider what strengths you would like to develop

(Informed by your current personal situation and context) by rating those of interest

on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 means seriously needs developing and 1 means not needing attention.

 

Then choose your top 5 characteristics of interest to focus on for personal development

 

It can also be insightful to ask a partner to rate you using the same definitions to help understand their perspective of you

Finding ways to overcome obstacles and not giving in helping you to deal with
